Drum roll pa-lease!!!!!!!
I’ve completed my ‘Health Focused Monthly Mini Project’ for September with a final 985 metre climb on the Cross Trainer. I had 531 metres remaining to complete it, so it has been well and truly smashed with four days to go. Total climb was 5,454 metres (17,893 ft). I completed most of it on the treadmill, but, had to go on the Cross Trainer tonight as part of a new routine (details below), so I’ve added this to the overall climb and boom, it’s done. Yay me and come on you beauty!!! More ideas for next month please 🙂
Had a absolutely great session in the gym tonight, especially as I was fortunate enough to get a full one hour one-to-one with Chris Mulvaney. Go Chris!!! Here’s what he gave me:
3.8km Cross Trainer (Level 7 increasing to 13)
– Warm up for 800 metres then do 3kms
EZ Bar Routine (Weight to your fitness level. I had about 12.5k plus the bar)
– Front Squats x 10
– Lift & Press x 10
– Standing Upright Row x 15
– Stiff Leg Dead Lift x 10
– Push Ups x 10
– Three laps of the EZ Bar Circuit, 1 min rest in between laps
Have a go at the above, I promise you will enjoy it and sweat your *ss off 🙂
four days until Septembers monthly weigh in 😀 Considering the changes in my routine I’ve had this month, I don’t think I’ll hit my 12 lbs target for the month, but, there is still a good chance I’ll hit my original target of 7 lbs. What do you reckon peeps?
Knackered, bed time. A snuggle up to the most beautiful girl in the world (yes she has finished nights, thank you Jesus), then on with the CPAP mask and sleepsville for me. If you don’t know what CPAP is, I’ll explain some other time 🙂
