Some Stats

It's all about the numbers. Well, it's not ALL about the numbers, but you get my point 🙂

I fancied telling you a few statistics since I started on my merry journey.

You all know my weight stats which I post every month. Here are a few other notable numbers which were given to me by Brenda from Active Sefton.

In The Beginning (well in April)

Weight: 27 st 13 lbs /// 177 kgs /// 391 lbs

Waist: 154 cms /// 62 inches

Blood Pressure: 153/89

Heart Rate: 59

In May

Weight: 26 st 04 lbs /// 167 kgs /// 368 lbs

Waist: 150 cms /// 59 inches

Blood Pressure: 160/95

Heart Rate: 50

In July

Weight: 23 st 07 lbs /// 149 kgs /// 330 lbs

Waist: 141 cms /// 55.5 inches

Blood Pressure: 142/86

Heart Rate: 64

It looks like my BP is going in the right direction and my resting heart rate seems good as well. For me (apart from my weight) the best stat is my waist, 13 cms /// 6.5 inches off my waist in about three months. I’m proper chuffed with that!!

Tonight’s post is short but ‘sweet’ tonight and made possible by a lot of ‘sweat’.

Laters alligators,

Paul (Kracker)

About paulbentley

My name is Paul Bentley and I started my blog in May 2011. I live in Liverpool in the North West of England, UK – I have always had ‘issues’ with my weight! When I got to 27st 13lbs (177kgs or 391lbs) I finally decided that ‘enough is enough’ and I need to make changes. As part of the process I decided I need to make myself accountable, so I’ve decided to be accountable to you. Thanks for offering ;-)
