Weather or not

One of the Iron Men at Crosby Beach, from 'Another Place' by the sculptor Antony Gormley.

I’ve just had a look at the weather we’ve had since I started this ‘healthier’ lifestyle change. The fact is, it’s been amazing and considering it’s still only the first week in May, April was unbelievable, with 9 days of sun and numerous other clear days. May so far, has been sun, sun and more sun for four days straight. So, it’s been 13 days of sun plus other clear days, no wonder I’ve been getting along to Crosby Lakeside as often as I can.

The forecast for the next couple of weeks doesn’t look good to be honest, so I need to dig in to ensure I keep up with the same level of commitment and enthusiasm weather or not. What do you reckon? Can I do it?

Finally just want to say a big – WELL DONE to @Peter Lore Wilhelm who has decided to make some healthier lifestyle changes himself. Not that my progress has influenced him you understand 😉 Anyone else feeling the pressure, I mean, feeling encouraged to join in. Why not do it today?

About paulbentley

My name is Paul Bentley and I started my blog in May 2011. I live in Liverpool in the North West of England, UK – I have always had ‘issues’ with my weight! When I got to 27st 13lbs (177kgs or 391lbs) I finally decided that ‘enough is enough’ and I need to make changes. As part of the process I decided I need to make myself accountable, so I’ve decided to be accountable to you. Thanks for offering ;-)

Even if the weather isn’t so good you can still go for your walks just maybe not to the Marina, the main thing is to keep it up. Of course you can do it xx

So can you Sue, you CAN do it, we both can. Little steps with encouragement and support. We’ve got the rest of our lives ahead of us. See you in the gym 🙂
