I know I already have the Mirror Man page where you can see my progress as my shape changes in the mirror in the gym, but, I’ve decided I need to ‘get my kit off’ so you can see what is happening to my body ‘in the flesh’ so to speak.
Every month I’ll post my monthly weight and accompanying front & side skin shot. Vomit bags are available at most good supermarkets so please view responsibly.
